RETAIL ASSOCIATE

 

OVERVIEW:

  • Assist customers with an authentic and optimistic attitude, aiming to cultivate long-standing relationships with clients
  • Maintain floor presence to create a unique holistic interaction between our customers and the Wyld Blue brand / lifestyle
  • Maintain boutique space in a well-kept manner at all times (e.g. keeping merchandise stocked, space clean and neat)

 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle cash and inventory without error
  • Deep understanding of discretion as it relates to high-profile clients
  • Ability to approach to problem solving with clever and creative thinking
  • Experience working in hospitality or a retail environment required

RETAIL MANAGER

 

OVERVIEW:

  • Meet & exceed sales goals
  • Create a unique environment between employees, customers and the Wyld Blue lifestyle
  • Develop store management and performance techniques, leading the team to meet business objectives and sales goals through training as it relates to customer service, product knowledge, brand presentation, inventory management and more
  • Ensure boutique space is well-kept, maintain visual standards & floor presence, monitor stockroom - all within company standards
  • Ensures that the client remains the top priority while balancing required tasks and overall store operations
  • Optimistically handle critical situations with customers and employees
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare complete reports to leadership

 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep knowledge of customers behaviors and needs
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to present the Wyld Blue brand to clients and to establish deeply loyal relationships
  • Ability to work independently and lead in a dynamic environment

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

 

OVERVIEW

  • Manage all HR needs (hiring paperwork, conducting interviews, lead staff reviews with Store Manager, continue to support staff as needed, etc.)
  • Manage financial needs (payroll, payment of rent, vendors, serve as main liaison between payment processors and digital hosts, overall budget management)
  • Manage all contracts & subscriptions
  • Oversee the in-between inventory process (invoicing, communicating with vendors as it relates to shipments, sales, escalate feedback and complaints, etc.)
  • Ensure boutique is running effectively and efficiently, serve as approval for any needs
  • Serve as the liaison between boutique staff and store owner, regularly holding meetings with manager and staff
  • Assist with expansion of e-commerce platforms while maintain branding and proper workings on website

 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Experience with retail / inventory and/or business management - financial experience a plus
  • Knowledge of inventory platforms, SEO, ad-buying, CRM, etc.
  • Highly intuitive with strong moral values and
  • Deep understanding of discretion as it relates to high-profile clients and business matters
  • Ability to deliver accurate work, prioritize assignments, stay organized and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and lead in a dynamic environment
